His background spans from complete remodels and custom builds to earning his home inspection certification, giving him a deep understanding of every stage of a property’s lifecycle.
Lea brings her MBA in business and two decades of property management expertise to the partnership. Together, she and Chad have successfully flipped homes, managed both short- and long-term rental properties, and built a reputation for reliability and attention to detail.
Today, combining Chad’s hands-on industry knowledge with Lea’s business and management experience, they continue to provide trusted property solutions across Colorado and Maine. Whether it’s remodeling, managing, or maintaining, their shared goal is simple: to create spaces that feel like home while protecting the value of every property they care for.
